So 5 bananas has as much sugar in it as a snickers. Natural or not-sugar is sugar.
Just sayin, limit how much fruit your eating. Replace some with veggies

Granted it started out great and I weighed about 132 before the cruise, I now weigh 142. Haven’t exercised because I was on vacation and now I’m super busy with work and school.
I’m going to make April my bitch. I have an event coming up in May and I would like to be back down to 130 area by that time. Sooo doable…
